Made of oak,walnut and maple (with the occasional excception) our pins are made to last. They are all one solid peice which means that they won't fall apart over time or leave lines in your dough while you're rolling it. They are preferred for pastry work becasue of the even pressure you can apply to the dough, as well as the greater level of control they offer.
